About
An engineering company that treats AI as a component, not a category.
IMERGIX exists because most businesses do not need an AI strategy. They need one workflow to stop consuming a person's week, and a product that ships.
The gap we kept meeting.
We kept being called in after two failed attempts. A consultancy had produced a strategy deck nobody could build from, or an agency had produced a prototype nobody could run in production. Both were expensive, and both left the original problem in place.
The missing capability was not modelling or design. It was engineering judgement: knowing which part of a workflow to automate first, what has to stay human, and what it takes to keep a system running once the launch excitement fades.
So we built the company around delivery. Small senior teams, written plans, working software every two weeks, and measurements the client can verify without taking our word for it.
Four commitments we hold to.
- 01
Scope in writing
You get the plan before the invoice. Changes are decisions, not surprises.
- 02
Senior hands on keys
The people in the discovery call are the people writing the code.
- 03
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation stay in your accounts.
- 04
We say no to work
If automation is the wrong answer, we tell you that in the first call.
Honest about fit, in both directions.
A short conversation about fit saves both sides a quarter. This is the version we would give you on the call.
Good fit
- A founder or operator who can decide in the room
- A workflow you can describe end to end
- A first slice that can reach real users in weeks
Poor fit
- Staff augmentation by the seat, with someone else's plan
- A fixed bid on a scope nobody has written down
- An AI announcement looking for a use case
Small on purpose.
Every engagement has a named lead who stays with it from the discovery call to handover.

Boring technology, deliberately chosen.
We pick tools your next engineer will already know. Novelty goes into the problem being solved, not the stack running it.
