What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the name, email address, company, the services and budget range you select, and the description you type into the form. Name, email address and description are required; the rest is optional. We do not enrich any of it with third-party data.

We do not run analytics, advertising cookies or visitor tracking on this site. Our host keeps standard server logs, and we do not build a profile of individual visitors.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to reply to you, to prepare for a discovery call and, if we start work together, to administer the engagement. Analytics are used to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

Client data during a project

Project systems, code, credentials and datasets stay in accounts you own. Where we need temporary access to deliver work, that access is scoped to the task, held in a password manager and revoked at handover.

We do not train models on your data, and we do not reuse client data across engagements. Where a project involves third-party model providers, we tell you which ones before any data reaches them and use their no-training configurations.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of processors to run the business: email hosting, analytics, a project tracker and a payments provider. Each is bound by its own data processing terms. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for the length of the engagement plus six years, which is the period our accounting and contractual obligations require. Analytics are retained in aggregate only.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to legal@imergix.tech and we will respond within thirty days. If you are unhappy with the response you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data we will update this page and change the date above. Material changes affecting an active engagement are communicated directly, not by silent edit.
